• Gives smooth, dense, crystalline Manganese Phosphate Coating, gives very good corrosion resistance on being sealed with suitable oil, grease etc.
• Coating weight: 700 to 1200 mg/s.ft.
• Used as a 5% solution.
• Optimum operating temperature: 92 - 98ºC.
• Dip duration: 5 to 15 minutes.
