DUROPHOS Z
- Gives Heavy Zinc Phosphate Coating, smooth, dense, compact and very absorptive. Treats iron, steel and zinc.
- Good base for subsequent liquid paint systems when the components have to see service under servere corrosive environment; and
- Good base for subsequent sealing with oil, wax etc. for outstanding corrosion resistance.
- Coating weight in the range of 1000 to 2500 mg/s.ft.
- Used as a 3.5% solution. Optimum operating temperature: 85 to 89ºC.
- Duration of dip: 15 to 30 minutes.
