Gives yellow chromate coating on sheet metal components and extrusions. On aluminium alloys, the colour may differ depending upon its composition. Gives low coating weight and higher conductivity. The corrosion resistance is very good. The surface provides good adhesion for both powder coatings and liquid paints. When it is desired not to paint the surface, the coating may be left alone. 

• 3% solution, at Room Temperature (25ºC).
• Dip duration: 5 to 10 minutes.
